I think an outperformance of altcoins compared to $BTC is quite close. Look at the BTC dominance chart, we've been consolidating for 5 months and getting rejected from the FVG monthly ( purple case ). Check out the OTHERS/BTC chart, it's starting to increasingly show signs of movement.
