Haha, Alibaba also invested? Stablecoin payments definitely have potential in this track. 40 million in funding isn't small; it's all about how they implement it later. Latin America indeed lacks payment infrastructure, and VelaFi has found the right direction. Reducing cross-border payment costs has been talked about for years; it only becomes valuable if it can actually be achieved. I still see a future for stablecoin payments, just worried it might get stuck on infrastructure issues again. The US and Asia are expanding simultaneously, the pace is pretty good.
