DeepTechFlow News, on January 2nd, Ninal Rong, the person in charge of the Arbitrum Foundation’s partnership, stated that the Arbitrum Foundation will continue to provide funding for ‘ETH News Weekly’ and will contact its founder to discuss specific matters. Earlier today, BlockBeats reported that ‘ETH News Weekly (Week in Ethereum News)’ announced its closure due to the discontinuation of funding by the Ethereum Foundation. Founder Evan Van Ness stated, ‘Due to a conversation with the leadership of the Ethereum Foundation (EF) earlier this year, it was announced that this newsletter will cease operations. The Foundation believes that continuing to operate ‘ETH News Weekly’ is not valuable. Today, I learned that the Ethereum Foundation spent 135 million USD in 2023, yet became stingy when funding the best technical newsletter in the ecosystem (there may be other background reasons that I am not aware of).’
