This Tencent Cloud Financial Security Summit invited digital Financial Institutions, commercial banks, asset management institutions, and other enterprise security technical leaders to conduct in-depth discussions on the best practices of financial security construction in different business scenarios, providing templates for mutual reference for the security exploration of other Financial Institutions.

The director of the Cloud Computing and Big Data Research Institute of China Information and Communication Institute, He Baohong, expressed that with the continuous improvement of digital financial related policies, it has become a key focus to build a financial system that deeply integrates with the digital economy. The coordinated efforts of policy guidance and standard formulation will drive the continuous optimization and upgrade of the financial cloud security system, thereby effectively ensuring the security of financial services and promoting the prosperity and development of the digital financial ecosystem.

At this summit, Yu Yang, Vice President of Tencent Security and Head of Xuanwu Lab, further analyzed the changing situation of the attack and defense confrontation faced by the financial industry from a technical perspective. Yu Yang believes that bypassing the existing defense network of enterprises through detour attacks, curve attacks, or forming breakthroughs through supply chain channels, data hosting, permission delegation, and other single points, thereby threatening enterprise digital assets, are the new ‘vulnerabilities’ presented in recent years’ attack and defense exercises.

Tencent’s Vice President of Security, Fang Bin, further introduced the ‘4+N’ system for financial security in Tencent Cloud. This system addresses the ‘infrastructure construction’ issues of security in financial cloud, such as batch attacks, compliance, and secure operations, through four lines of defense: data security, host security, Web application firewall, and cloud firewall. It also provides ‘N’ scenario-based solutions including zero-trust network access, secure data lake, financial anti-fraud, and mini-program gateway to help financial institutions address specific security needs such as risk control and business health.
