According to the news from TechFlow, on November 27th, the Swedish listed company Hilbert Group announced the full acquisition of Liberty Road Capital (LRC), a move that will significantly increase its Assets Under Management and enhance its AI trading and encryption derivatives business capabilities. The initial consideration for the acquisition is 2,727,000 Class B shares, accounting for approximately 4% of Hilbert Group’s share capital.
LRC co-founder Russell Thompson will join the Hilbert Group. Thompson co-founded the traditional Hedging fund The Cambridge Strategy in 2003, which had Assets Under Management of $3.5 billion and was successfully sold in 2018. LRC was established in 2019 and is headquartered in the British Virgin Islands, holding an investment management license issued by the local Financial Service Commission.
According to the protocol, the future two-year LRC business revenue will be divided in a 50:50 ratio. LRC promises to convert all the divided income into new Class B shares of Hilbert Group. Niclas Sandström, CEO of Hilbert Group, said that this acquisition will significantly accelerate the company’s business development and expand the scope of trading strategies.

LRC this coin has nothing to do with the company Liberty Road Capital. How much time will be wasted by how many junior players copying and pasting this unrealistic false information [龇牙]
