Odaily Planet Daily News, December 25 — According to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company Tianji Holdings has issued a supplementary announcement regarding its financing agreement. The announcement discloses that Tianji Holdings plans to allocate 16.6% (approximately HKD 10 million) of the net proceeds from the subscription warrants to expand Web3 and AI-based sports intellectual property projects, including the development and design of physical and digital intellectual property products related to La Liga clubs. Tianji Holdings stated that it will apply Web3 blockchain technology to register intellectual property on the chain and create tamper-proof and traceable digital identities for each intellectual property product.
