Software company ClickUp acquisition of AI programming startup Codegen

PANews December 23 news, according to The Information, the enterprise software company ClickUp, valued at $4 billion, announced the acquisition of AI programming startup Codegen. This deal becomes the latest case in this year's M&A frenzy in the AI programming field. This summer, Google's acquisition of Windsurf and Cognition attracted widespread attention, while this month, Anthropic acquired the development tools startup Bun, and Cursor acquired the code review startup Graphite.
