Singapore Exchange’s (SGX) derivatives arm will soon allow institutions to trade cryptocurrency perpetual futures contracts. SGX’s derivatives arm announced on Monday that it will launch Bitcoin and Ethereum perpetual contracts on November 24, promising to combine the structure and credibility of the global derivatives market with the flexibility of popular crypto trading tools. SGX’s perpetual futures are benchmarked to the iEdge CoinDesk cryptocurrency indices to ensure alignment with widely used institutional price discovery benchmarks.

Monad mainnet and MON token to launch on November 24, Anchorage Digital as custodian

Monad announced it will launch its Layer 1 blockchain and native MON token at 9:00 AM ET on November 24, with Anchorage Digital as the preferred custodian. Institutional users can securely hold and stake MON via Anchorage’s custody platform or self-custody wallet Porto. MON will be the first project to launch on Coinbase’s new public offering platform, with an initial circulating supply lock-up ratio of 50.6%.

EU to ban trading of RUB-pegged stablecoin A7A5 starting November 25

The EU has imposed sanctions on the RUB-pegged stablecoin A7A5. According to the 19th round of Russia sanctions announced on Thursday, trading with A7A5 will be prohibited from November 25. The A7A5 RUB stablecoin is issued by A7 Company, backed by the Russian Foreign Trade Bank (PSB), and was launched in Kyrgyzstan in February 2025. It is backed 1:1 by deposits at the Russian Foreign Trade Bank and pegged to the Russian ruble. In August, the US also sanctioned A7 Company and several related firms.

Starknet v0.14.1 scheduled for mainnet launch on November 25

Starkware announced on X that it is preparing to release Starknet v0.14.1, which will support faster block finalization during periods of low activity and deploy the BLAKE hash function (SNIP-34). It is expected to launch on testnet on November 11 and on mainnet on November 25.

MegaETH to launch pre-deposit cross-chain bridge on November 25, total cap at $250 million

MegaETH will launch a pre-deposit cross-chain bridge on November 25. Users who have completed MEGA token public sale registration on the Sonar platform and are not residents of restricted countries are eligible to participate in USDm pre-deposits. Each user can only participate with a single wallet, which must have passed verification for the MEGA token public sale on Sonar. Pre-depositors will receive event-related benefits. There is no individual deposit cap, first come first served, but the total program cap is $250 million. After deposit, users will receive USDm at a 1:1 ratio, unrestricted and unconditional, to the same wallet on MegaETH mainnet launch day. Eligible deposit asset is USDC on Ethereum mainnet. Users may not withdraw deposits before USDm distribution and must wait for distribution on MegaETH mainnet.

Plasma (XPL) will unlock approximately 88.89 million tokens (0.89% of total supply), worth about $18.1 million, at 9:00 PM (Beijing time) on November 25

WalletConnect Token (WCT) will unlock approximately 10.06 million tokens (10.07% of total supply), worth about $11.6 million, at 8:00 AM (Beijing time) on November 25

Binance to support Ethereum network (ETH) upgrade and hard fork on November 26, deposit and withdrawal to be suspended

Binance will support the Ethereum (ETH) network upgrade and hard fork. To prepare for the upgrade and hard fork, Binance will maintain the ETH wallet at 14:00 on November 26, 2025 (UTC+8). To support the maintenance, Binance will suspend ETH deposits and withdrawals at 13:55 on November 26, 2025 (UTC+8). Maintenance is expected to last 1 hour, after which services will resume automatically.

Additionally, the Ethereum (ETH) network upgrade will occur at 05:50 on December 4, 2025 (UTC+8). Binance expects to suspend ETH token deposits and withdrawals at 05:45 on December 4, 2025 (UTC+8).

Binance to launch ACM/TRY, DODO/TRY, and other spot trading pairs on November 26

Binance will launch ACM/TRY, DODO/TRY, HEI/TRY, and XTZ/TRY spot trading pairs at 20:00 on November 26, 2025 (UTC+8) and will provide trading bot services for these pairs.
