CoinVoice has learned that Echo Protocol officially announced today that its official X account (@EchoProtocol_) has been successfully recovered this morning. The account is now operating normally, and the team has fully regained control.

According to the Echo team, the official account was hacked and briefly controlled by unknown individuals yesterday, during which false information and suspicious links unrelated to the project were posted, causing widespread concern in the community. In response, the team immediately activated an emergency response mechanism and communicated with the X officials, ultimately regaining control of the account successfully today.

Echo Protocol states that this incident only affects community platform accounts, the protocol itself is operating normally, and all user funds and data remain secure and unaffected. There are no anomalies in the platform contract, so users can use it with confidence.

The team also further stated regarding this incident that they will continue to investigate the source of the breach and take legal action as necessary.
