ME News Report, April 11 (UTC+8), Iran’s Islamic Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani will hold talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shabaz on the same day to agree on the timing and format of negotiations between Iran and the United States. Additionally, Iran will raise issues of U.S. breach of commitments with the Pakistani Prime Minister during the talks.
The prerequisites for initiating negotiations include the unfreezing of Iranian assets and a ceasefire in Lebanon. The U.S. has informed Pakistan that it agrees to these prerequisites and some other conditions for starting negotiations.
The Iranian delegation plans to assess the U.S. stance and its fulfillment of commitments during the talks before deciding whether to negotiate with the U.S. side.
In another report, Tasnim News Agency said that if Iran and the U.S. can hold negotiations, the current plan is to start negotiations later on the 11th, which may last only one day. (Jin10) (Source: BlockBeats)
