I just noticed that stock volatility is reaching its highest level in the past year. This seriously makes the movements in the crypto market more interesting to monitor.
Based on the circulating data, the spike in volatility in equities could be a signal that the market is searching for a bottom. Some traders I know say this might indicate a bottom for Bitcoin, especially if the equity market starts to stabilize from here.
What’s interesting is the correlation between these two markets. When stock volatility increases drastically like now, institutional investors usually start looking at alternative assets again. Bitcoin often becomes one of their options when equities are volatile.
I’m still watching the situation. If stock volatility begins to decline from here, it could be a good signal to reposition in crypto. But of course, this is not financial advice, just an observation based on the data trending in the market.
