Deep Tide TechFlow update: On March 31, Ivan, co-founder of Resolv Labs, released an update on the protocol security incident and subsequent recovery progress. It is understood that whitelist USR users can redeem first, mainly because their wallets have already been verified. The Resolv team can manually process it within 24 hours to control risk, and currently 98% of related redemptions have been completed. For non-whitelisted USR holders prior to the time the vulnerability occurred, Resolv also commits to payout at a 1:1 ratio. However, the technical redemption plan is still being finalized.

Regarding whether there was insider involvement, Ivan said that no evidence of internal participation has been found at this time. For USR holders, as well as LP and RLP holders, after the vulnerability occurred, subsequent handling involves coordination across legal, technical, and ecosystem stakeholders, and there is currently no single solution. There is no clear timeline for a full recovery plan. The follow-up will focus on completing it as soon as possible, while ensuring prudent progress is taken.

Earlier report: The Resolve attacker minted 2 million USDC to create USR worth $80 million.
