⏰ March 28, 13:00–15:00, BytePlus technical experts from ByteDance will hold the 「BytePlus · Lobster Deployment WorkShop」 on the stage at the Hong Kong AsiaWorld-Expo exhibition hall 3/6/8/10 (NovaX Zone), providing you with:

Free installation: No need to pay for server costs. Bring your laptop to the venue. Experts will guide you hand-in-hand, and help you complete the deployment on BytePlus ArkClaw within half an hour.

Fill the open-source “deep pit” once and for all: No need to deal with technical issues like permission chaos, data leaks, environment configuration, server operations and maintenance. Based on OpenClaw’s ArkClaw cloud-native agent, truly “plug and play.”

From zero to hands-on: step by step teaches you how to set up your own AI Agent. Once you finish on site, you can directly “raise lobsters.”

3️⃣ Complete the WorkShop deployment on site - Bring your laptop to the venue. With expert guidance, complete the ArkClaw deployment. Then register on site and you’ll qualify to use a one-month unlimited Token.

① Fly in / Airport Express (most convenient)

From the airport: Take the Airport Express directly to “AsiaWorld‑Expo Station.” The station is built inside the exhibition venue. It’s a 5–10 minute walk to halls 3/6/8/10.

From downtown by MTR:

Tung Chung Line → Airport Express, or

Tseung Kwan O Line → Airport Express, then transfer to “AsiaWorld‑Expo Station.”

② Coming from Mainland China border crossings

Lo Wu / Futian border crossing:

Tseung Kwan O Line → Airport Express → direct to AsiaWorld‑Expo.

Shenzhen Bay border crossing:

Take the subway or a cross-border bus to a station along the Airport Express line, then transfer to the Airport Express to “AsiaWorld‑Expo Station.”

③ Bus / Shuttles

Multiple bus routes reach the AsiaWorld-Expo bus terminus (some have been moved to “Aerospace City Transit Hub”), including E11, E21, E22, E32, A31, A32, A33, A33X, A37, A47X, etc. After getting off, walk via covered pedestrian skybridges directly to the exhibition halls.

From the airport or Tung Chung, you can take buses such as S1, S56, S64X to the exhibition venue.

④ Taxi / Ride-hailing

From Hong Kong International Airport or downtown, take a taxi to AsiaWorld-Expo—about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

From Mainland border crossings, it takes about 45–60 minutes by taxi. We recommend avoiding peak hours.

This 「ByteDance BytePlus Lobster Deployment WorkShop」 does not offer on-site registration. You must register in advance.

Please join the event community group to inquire and directly lock in a seat, then get the registration form link.

On-site requirements:

Bring all your valid personal identification for registration and ticket pickup (Mainland: ID card / Mainland-Taiwan or Hong Kong-Macao travel permit; Hong Kong: Permanent Identity Card / passport; other overseas regions: passport).

If you need it, please be sure to bring your laptop to the venue so you can complete the on-site deployment and claim the Token lobster package.
