Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 26 — According to SolanaFloor, the Solana Foundation announced updates to the Validator Delegation Program, with new rules taking effect on May 1, 2026.

Under the new requirements, validators must adhere to fair transaction ordering rules, refrain from transaction censorship, meet stricter block time standards, and are subject to restrictions on Autonomous System Numbers (ASN) and data center concentration to reduce centralization risks in network infrastructure.

This adjustment aims to improve overall network performance and user experience. The Solana Foundation also announced the addition of 0xGhostLogs as a monitoring partner, responsible for tracking and publicly releasing network health metrics.
