A 17-year-old boy from Zhejiang, #HuJiahao, discovered a new species of snake called the bamboo snake and had it published in SCI. According to reports:

Since his third year of middle school, he has been involved in taxonomy,
Supported by his parents to purchase professional equipment,
Connected with many industry experts through social media,
And during the summer break of his senior year, he spent over 40 nights in the mountains.
Some people have compared this to the Jiang Sheng incident to question it, but I still choose to believe cautiously.
Even if he is truly "some young master," many researchers come from well-off backgrounds; young masters who love natural science are always better than those who love playing contracts, entrepreneurship, eating, drinking, gambling, and causing trouble for girls.
