Fabric Foundation I have noticed that the moment an AI system stops being just a chat box and starts acting in the world by sending money scheduling work or dispatching a robot people stop debating intelligence and start asking a simpler question which is who is responsible when it goes wrong. That shift is why public accountability for agents is suddenly more than a conference theme and why it is starting to feel like an engineering requirement rather than a talking point.
