Daily Q&A session time: About preparing for the third year of high school

Thank you for sharing.
Your current state,
is not because you don't want to learn,
nor because you're not disciplined enough,
but because it's the first time you've encountered a phase where the old approach
of "relying on intelligence to pass" starts to fail.
You feel that the input-output ratio is unbalanced.
As a result, even if you work very hard,
the results may not come as easily as before to keep you ahead.
For someone who has always been smooth sailing,
this is actually a pretty tough step.
So the point where you're stuck now,
is not about study methods,
but about role transition:
from being "someone who leads with talent",
to "someone willing to put in effort for results".
Although the college entrance exam system is imperfect,
and the education system isn't great,
before the global old order collapses,
all promotion or migration paths
still depend on your performance within the old system.
For example, if you want to go to MIT in the future,
you also need to have a solid record in your specialized courses within the Chinese system,
though your unique personal qualities are even more important.
Even if you escape from an environment you dislike,
you still need to have the corresponding strength.
