From the four-hour chart, Ethereum is currently trapped in a classic compression pattern. This type of formation usually indicates that a big move is imminent. There is a large sell order of 1.25M at the 3117.52 level, creating short-term resistance. However, the buy support below is also strong, and a clear standoff has formed between the two sides. Once this large order is absorbed by active buying or canceled, it could become the trigger for an upward breakout.

The key is whether the price can effectively hold above 3120 with increased volume. That would be a confirmation signal for a short-term bullish move. Before the breakout, this range is a high-confidence consolidation zone. In terms of trading strategy, I prefer to look for low-entry opportunities around the 3100-3110 support area, with targets at 3150 and 3180.

ZEC's logic is a bit different. Currently, it is testing the middle band of the Bollinger Bands and the 400 integer level, which overlap and form the dividing line between bulls and bears. The core focus is whether the support in the 395-400 range is effective. If a bullish reversal candlestick pattern appears here, it could be a good entry point again, with targets toward the previous high of 430-440. But if volume increases and it breaks below 390, the short-term upward structure will be broken, and a reassessment of the situation is needed.

In the market, technical support and resistance levels are always worth paying attention to. Waiting for confirmation signals often yields better profits than rushing to act.
