I didn't hesitate and took action immediately:
First, I manually granted them Creator permissions to ensure they could use all features right away. Then I checked the system logs one by one to find out what caused the delay in automatic permission upgrade. After that, I sent them a sincere thank-you message, along with a follow-up compensation plan as an apology.
This incident taught me that user trust is the most precious, and service gaps must be made up for with action. The success of the subscription economy is not only about the first conversion but also about how we treat every "pioneer."
