The first revenue from the subscription model has finally arrived! This feeling is truly indescribable😅

Just confirmed this afternoon that the subscription payment from the first paying user has been credited, and the excitement from that moment still hasn't faded. The Creator subscription model has finally gained a supporter, which is a milestone for any builder.

But reality always loves to play tricks—just at a critical moment, the system failed. After this "number one supporter" completed the payment, their permissions didn't activate automatically. So embarrassing😭

I didn't hesitate and took action immediately:

First, I manually granted them Creator permissions to ensure they could use all features right away. Then I checked the system logs one by one to find out what caused the delay in automatic permission upgrade. After that, I sent them a sincere thank-you message, along with a follow-up compensation plan as an apology.

This incident taught me that user trust is the most precious, and service gaps must be made up for with action. The success of the subscription economy is not only about the first conversion but also about how we treat every "pioneer."

The first amount received gets wrecked, I've seen this drama too many times haha The real test is coming, and how to fix it is the key

Haha, the first order crashing is indeed a true reflection, but the key is to respond quickly to the problem, right?

Haha, the first order failed because the permissions weren't activated. This bug is really incredible.

Haha, finally someone is willing to spend money. How satisfying does that feel? Really, I was worried for you the moment the system went down, but your handling was good. That’s the right attitude. You’ve managed to get the first paying user just like that. It should get easier and easier from here on. By the way, when will it be our turn for this subscription model? Boasting is one thing, but actual conversion is what really matters. Actually, the most important thing is your sincerity. Not everyone can respond so quickly. Good job!

First order dropped the ball, hilarious. This system really knows how to pick the right moment haha --- Being able to respond quickly and fix issues is better than anything. Let’s see if this guy comes back later --- Hey, actually this isn’t bad. Personally delivering the permissions shows more care, people are convinced by this approach --- Details reveal the true quality. This round of handling was indeed good, but system bugs still need to be fixed thoroughly, brother --- Poor user experience at the top level, later users need to be more cautious. That’s the biggest cost

Haha, when the system crashes is when character is truly tested. Your handling this time is pretty decent.
