The crypto market landscape in 2026 is being reshaped. From the energy crisis to the regulatory battles in mid-January in the US, uncertainty is everywhere. But interestingly, institutional funds are quietly shifting—they are fleeing from those legally ambiguous areas and turning to mature, transparent regulatory frameworks like Europe's MiCA.
Dusk, as a pioneer in European compliant infrastructure, has demonstrated a different value dimension amid this wave of geopolitical turbulence. When the market is thrown into chaos by black swan events like Iran and Cuba, a project with solid technical foundations and clear regulatory pathways becomes a stabilizing force.
Carefully examining the underlying logic of DUSK, you'll find that it is not just a crypto project symbol, but more like a rehearsal for the re-linking of global asset digitization. Risks and opportunities often lie at the same turning point.

Institutions banding together on the MiCA framework, to put it simply, is about risk aversion, right? If you can't make money, you still have to survive.
Compliance used to be something people looked down on, but now it's become quite popular... Dusk being able to ride this wave of benefits still has some potential.

Institutions are all moving, who still dares to bet on the US approach? MiCA is indeed attractive, but can Dusk withstand it? It depends on how things go this year.

Institutional safe haven found, compliance is the real trump card
The shift to the MiCA framework indicates that funds are still flowing to safer places. Dusk, with a clear regulatory pathway, is indeed different
Black swan events are everywhere, which actually makes it easier to see who truly has a solid foundation
The analogy of digital assets being tied to a peg is perfect — it's like walking a tightrope
Institutions need to check their compliance health report before bottom fishing
But on the other hand, can Europe's set of rules really be adopted worldwide? Or is it only popular locally?
I'm optimistic about the compliance track, but we shouldn't ignore opportunities in the gray areas
If DUSK can really withstand this wave, it could save many projects from taking unnecessary detours
Energy crises, regulatory chaos—small projects also need to grow into fortresses to survive

I've heard this rhetoric before... In 2018, there were projects claiming their "regulatory path is clear," and what happened? They ran away. Institutions shifting to Europe is just another new territory for cutting leeks; don't be fooled by the words "compliance."

Another safety net... Hearing it so often has made my ears calloused. If DUSK was really that impressive, it would have already surged. Why are they still telling stories now?
---
It sounds good, but it's just a资金盘 in disguise. If you can't survive the bear market, just blow the MiCA framework. Wake up, everyone.
---
A clear compliance framework ≠ projects can make money. Do you understand the difference? We've heard similar words since 2015.
---
What a joke, institutions come in just to take their profits and leave. Don't think you've discovered some hidden gem.
