The candlestick chart has been flooding the screen for so long that my eyes are tired. With such frequent market fluctuations, it's really hard to keep an eye on the market. Sometimes the more you look, the easier it is to make wrong decisions.

I've experienced staring at the screen until my eyes blur, I totally understand. So I might as well set an alarm now and go to sleep; the more I watch, the more I lose.

Watching the market is really a trap; the more I look, the more annoyed I get, and I can't help but make random moves.

Watching the market for too long really causes mental fatigue. Now I just set my stop-loss and lie low, not watching so I don't make reckless moves.
