⚠️ Content creators, heads up on exchange partnerships
If a major trading platform reaches out about producing promotional content, lock in payment terms before you start. Here's why:
I created a full video showcase for an exchange through their business development team. Once delivered, they suddenly pulled the plug—campaign paused indefinitely. No explanation, no payment.
Weeks dragged on. Different excuses from different contacts. Sound familiar?
Bottom line: Get everything in writing. Payment upfront or milestone-based. Don't let anyone push production work forward on promises alone. The crypto space moves fast, but that doesn't mean your labor should be free.

That's why I never trust exchange's IOUs; I had to suffer so many losses to learn that.

Damn, that's why I never trust the fake promises of exchanges.
Honestly, I've seen this guy's situation many times. The crypto community's tricks are always the same: first hype it up, then pass the buck.
Contract, contract, contract—make sure to sign! Otherwise, you're just working for free.

This time, we really need to learn a lesson. There are too many schemes like this in the crypto world... Clearly written contracts are really crucial.

ngl this hits different when you've seen the same pattern play out in governance token distributions... exchanges pulling the rug on creators is basically a failed smart contract audit waiting to happen. get that payment locked in bytecode form or don't bother showing up 🔒

This kind of thing is too common in the crypto world; it's just a routine.

Oh my, it's the same old trick again, exchanges just keep hyping up the prospects.

This trick is hard to defend against; I've seen several creators get scammed.
