Recently, I encountered a KYC verification issue on the Zama platform. While my friends around me all passed smoothly, I was rejected, which was quite upsetting. Later, a friend suggested I contact the Zama team directly, and surprisingly, it was resolved. It turns out that many users face KYC problems like mine; as long as you proactively reach out to the team and provide feedback, most issues can be handled properly. If you also encounter similar situations, don't rush to give up—communication often leads to a breakthrough.

Haha, I've encountered it before, really annoying. When you get pushed back, it can be overwhelming. Proactive communication is indeed effective; I managed to pass through it this way before. KYC is really about character; don't worry too much about it. The team responds pretty quickly, but the waiting process is too tough. I've also hit a snag before, but now everything's smooth, no need to be too anxious. I can't quite understand why some people pass on the first try, while others get pushed back multiple times. Talk to them earlier, what's the delay? The key is not to give up; communication often solves the problem. Dragging these things out makes it worse; it's better to take direct action. Honestly, if you have a good attitude and approach them, you can usually get through.

So taking the initiative can break the deadlock? I’ve learned this move.

Damn, KYC really takes the cake. I've also experienced the feeling of being rejected... Going directly to the team is the right way to go.

Haha, really, proactive communication is indeed key. Don't keep it to yourself and get angry. KYC hiccup basically means the information wasn't properly connected. Talking to the team is usually no problem. Wow, now there will be another batch of people asking customer service again. I should have just asked directly from the start. Why wait for a friend's reminder? That lesson must be remembered. Zama's response was pretty good. That definitely deserves praise. Don't panic when something happens. Try to communicate first; most issues can be resolved that way. Getting stuck at KYC is indeed quite annoying, but it doesn't seem like a big problem.
