#Pi Domestic legal issues, there won't be large-scale mapping within ten years because project teams are too focused on legality and compliance. Previously, I mentioned in an email that it's due to legal concerns. Small-scale mapping is meant to appease domestic sentiment, fearing that Fan's hometown might be attacked. Overseas, mapping has always been normal, and they are even starting to discuss secondary mapping.
