Is there still hope for L2? It mainly depends on which category you choose.

General-purpose L2s have long been a red ocean; there are no new stories to tell in this track. But not all L2s are relying on old tricks. Abstract is taking a different path — it is not creating the Nth general settlement layer, but rather serving as a dedicated public chain for the Pudgy Penguins ecosystem.

This positioning is crucial. While other L2s are still competing on throughput and low costs, Abstract is doing something more scarce: building a bridge directly connecting Web2 users to Web3. This is not an innovation at the technical level, but an ecological innovation — a chain driven by an IP with millions of fans, which is considered a novelty in crypto history.

Don’t be fooled by the first impression of "another L2." I may not be as familiar with the operational details as many seasoned participants, but from a strategic perspective, the potential of Abstract deserves a re-evaluation. If you are planning to give up on this project, it’s worth understanding the underlying Pudgy Penguins ecosystem logic before making a decision.

Speaking of Abstract, I think this move is actually quite interesting. It's not just another generic L2 story. Pudgy Penguins, as an IP, directly launching a chain—this idea is indeed fresh. The bridge from Web2 to Web3 seems to be built just like that. Don't be fooled by the surface being all L2; the details determine life or death. Some of these are really worth getting on board with. The red ocean is a red ocean, but Abstract's differentiated approach feels a bit different. Many people are still waiting for the next story of a universal L2, but little do they know, the ecosystem chain has already been established. You can't just look at throughput and costs, my friend. The IP-driven momentum is the real trump card.

Ah... Pudgy Penguins with L2? Sounds not so outlandish. IP-driven chain development is indeed fresh, but can those who buy the dip actually make a profit? Whether Abstract can turn around with IP or just be a runner-up depends on whether Pudgy can truly bring Web2 into the fold. This time it's not about technology, but ecology. I need to see how that plays out. Another "Ethereum killer," huh? Don't get ahead of yourself.

Alright, here we go again with the same old ecosystem chain stuff. Let's wait and see. --- Pudgy Penguins' new tricks to pump the market? I don't buy it. --- It's somewhat interesting, but after so many years of trying to build a bridge from Web2 to Web3, why would this time be any different? --- Looking for differentiation in the red ocean, I think it's a pipe dream. --- IP-driven chain development sounds flashy, but in reality, it's all about token performance. --- There's some substance, but don't hype it up blindly. Wait until the chain stabilizes before bragging. --- Abstract? Too many chains I've never heard of. The real question is how long this one can last. --- I don't want to see the same old L2 approach again, but this idea does seem a bit different. --- Pudgy's millions of fans will really come to use it? That's the core issue. --- Everyone talks about strategic patterns, but in the end, it's about whether users will stay. Don't just make empty promises.

Well... It's hard to say how far Abstract can go relying on the Pudgy Penguins IP card, but at least the idea is somewhat different. Honestly, I find it a bit hard to understand the gameplay of Abstract. Combining Web2 fan base to create an L2 is indeed innovative, but I'm just worried it might ultimately fall into the fate of a declining token price. Pudgy Penguins must truly attract traffic; otherwise, it’s just another forgotten L2. Is the path of IP public chain feasible? If Abstract can prove itself once, that would be good enough. Ecological innovation > technological innovation. This is a point I really get; now it depends on how well they execute. This guy’s analysis is pretty good; at least he didn’t spout nonsense about Abstract surpassing Ethereum or similar hype.

To be honest, the Abstract approach is quite clever. Using IP traffic to drive the development of the chain is indeed innovative. Ecological innovation is much more reliable than just stacking technology. This logic can be implemented. General L2s indeed don't have much to look at, but this kind of vertical track gameplay is really interesting. The fan base of Pudgy Penguins is not to be underestimated; it can really bring in a lot of Web2 users. It seems everyone has been brainwashed by the phrase "L2 is dead," and no one is thinking about differentiated approaches. But to be fair, whether IP can truly translate into on-chain activity still depends on what happens next. Just having a story isn't enough; the key is whether you can retain people.

Whoa, Pudgy Penguins launching their own blockchain? I didn't see this coming. Wait, the idea of IP-driven blockchain development is indeed fresh, but can it really work? Can Abstract turn things around with penguins? I'm curious to see what happens next. Universal L2 is dead, dedicated ecological chains are emerging? The strategy has changed. Can Pudgy's traffic really translate into blockchain vitality? Isn't this just trapping IP fans? Clever move. Abstract chose a wild path—did they bet right? It's hard to say. Don't be fooled by the Web2to3 story; we still need to look at the data. Pudgy Penguins probably have millions of fans, but fans ≠ users. Can this hurdle be crossed? Ecological innovation > technological innovation. I believe in this logic, but practical implementation is too difficult. No one has succeeded in creating an IP chain before; can Abstract be the first?

It sounds like something has been grasped, but can Pudgy Penguins really support a chain? It depends on how much real user base can be gained with real money.

To be honest, Pudgy Penguins leading a chain is quite innovative, but whether it can actually be implemented is another matter. If this approach works out, a bunch of IPs will definitely follow suit. It might be too early to get off now.

Ha, so this is the so-called "differentiated survival." Finally, someone is no longer relying on throughput as their main advantage. IP-driven chains sound innovative, but I still want to see how long they can last. Wait, does Pudgy Penguins really have that much appeal? Abstract is fine; at least it has found its own niche and isn't getting caught up in the scramble with generic L2 projects. By the way, will this kind of exclusive public chain eventually become just a tool for cutting leeks? I agree with strategic innovation, but ecological implementation is the real test. Don't be fooled by the story; what's key is the user retention rate. I believe this approach is more reliable than those claims of "we have the strongest throughput."

Oh wow, someone finally said it—general L2 should have been competitive long ago. The idea of IP-driven single chains sounds a bit out there, but it's also pretty clever. However, the key is whether Pudgy can truly bring fans onto the chain; having IP alone isn't enough. For this move to succeed, it depends on what real value the ecosystem can create. Rather than waiting, it's better to go check out what's worth participating in on this chain right now.
