A Web3 entrepreneur is a long-term holder of BTC, which actually says a lot. Looking back to 2013, he was still an intern, working on Bitcoin-related projects with a group of people at the time.
Ten years later, from Bitcoin to AI Agents, the entire era has been transformed. Interestingly, many things seem to have changed, but the logic of hiring has become clearer: rather than worrying about job titles, it's better to identify—who has ideas, who can execute quickly, and whose growth curve is steep. People like this are worth establishing deep connections with early on. In a sense, finding talent and finding promising directions share the same underlying logic.

Really, this guy has been holding since 2013. What does that say? It shows that he doesn't pay attention to short-term fluctuations and is committed to a single direction. This is the most scarce quality, more valuable than anything else.

Ten years of HODL still going strong, now that's true faith—much more reliable than those who just talk big.
---
Basically, it's about finding the right people; everything else is superficial. Job titles really don't matter.
---
Having witnessed an entire era from an internship in 2013 to now, this experience is valuable.
---
Is this the underlying logic for hiring? Actually, luck also plays a big role—what's the chance of meeting the right person?
---
Having ideas, being able to execute, and growing quickly—sounds simple, but finding such people is incredibly difficult.
---
Deep connections with early talent are indeed valuable, but only if you also have good judgment, right?
---
Web3 has been crazy these ten years, from BTC to agent, the span is quite extreme.

Holding coins for ten years without moving, this is true faith. How many people have already been shaken out?
---
The logic of recruiting is spot on. Instead of hiring someone with high education who dares not try anything, it's better to choose a rookie with execution ability.
---
Finding direction and finding talent are related. This perspective is interesting. Basically, it's about betting on things that will grow.
---
Since being an intern in 2013 until now, having gone through several bull and bear markets and still alive, this quality alone says a lot.
---
People with steep growth curves are indeed worth deep connection, but the key is how to identify them. You can't tell just from paper.
---
From BTC to AI Agent, the track has changed but people haven't. Entrepreneurs like this are the most valuable.
---
Job titles are indeed all superficial; execution ability and ideas are the real hard currency.
---
Ten years in this circle, it shows that this guy either made it big or truly has strong faith. But probably the chance of making it is higher.

Really, those who HODL since 2013 have already won. But on the other hand, with such huge changes over the past decade, those who can seize the opportunity truly have a different vision.

Persistence for ten years is the true winner, not those who fish for three days and dry the nets for two.
