The Japanese metaverse craze didn't last long. What seemed like unstoppable momentum pretty quickly fizzled out. Market hype cycles are brutal—one moment everyone's betting big on a region or trend, next thing you know it's yesterday's news.

The metaverse should have faded long ago. Japan has been messing around for a while, but it still can't escape this curse.

Haha, this is Web3. The hype comes quickly and goes just as fast. That wave of the metaverse in Japan never really materialized.
Really, every time it's just hype for a while and then silence. Capital is just playing like that.
To be honest, Japan can't escape this cycle either.

Haha, laugh to death. Is this the metaverse? A fleeting fad.
