The longer you stare at the market, the more exhausted you become, and your account actually becomes more and more red? When this question is asked, you can almost guess the answer—high-frequency trading, full-position all-in, chasing every rise and running at every dip, then looping continuously.

A trader I know used to do exactly that, and within four days, his account shrank from 50,000 to just a few thousand dollars, his fingers trembling so much he couldn't type. He summarized it himself: "When I see a rise, I want to sell immediately; when I see a fall, I panic and make reckless moves," a typical case of being emotionally hijacked.

Later, he tried changing his approach, focusing on three core principles:

**First, diversify the principal and avoid all-in positions**

He used to think he could turn things around with one big move, but ended up getting liquidated in a single shot. He changed to dividing his account into 6 parts, using at most one part per trade (about 15%-17% of the total). When he first lost 900 bucks, he didn't panic; when he gained 700, he didn't get cocky. Gradually, he found his rhythm.

**Second, keep observation positions and avoid being fully in or out**

The biggest fear isn't losing money, but not being able to see the market trend. He used to keep all positions empty waiting for opportunities, only to realize the bull market had already risen 28%. Now, he leaves 25% of his funds to observe the market—for example, if he sees a golden cross on the BTC hourly chart, he tries with 8%. This way, he avoids missing out and doesn't risk heavy positions.

**Third, keep positions at a level where you can sleep well**

This is a very practical standard: if you lie in bed at night and suddenly see some big news that wakes you up in fear, it means your position is probably too heavy. Now, he maintains a position of 45%-55%—a 9% drop would hurt but be acceptable; an 18% rise would make him happy but not cause him to quit. When watching the market, he isn't scared out of his wits by 15-minute fluctuations.

The most obvious change is in the way he reviews his trades. Previously, he focused on how to recover losses; now, he concentrates on what he did right. The more strategies he practices, the more natural it becomes. Last month, he used half of his capital with a stop-loss method, turning less than 50,000 into nearly 100,000 in profit.

Market conditions haven't changed, nor have the properties of the coins, but his trading feeling is completely different—he's gone from a passive, beaten-down rookie to someone who can actively adapt to the rhythm.

So, this method is often called a game mentality, but in fact, it's the most aggressive attack approach—shifting focus from "how to quickly recover" to "how to make money on the next trade." Once your skill level improves, your account growth will follow naturally.

I'm awake, I'm awake. This is my story from last year. I finally stopped trembling now.

Really, diversifying your position has truly saved my life; it's much better than constantly watching the market all day.

Damn, this is the real deal. The phrase "sleep well with your position" really hit me... I used to be countless times awakened by nighttime plunges.

Really, when going all-in, the mindset is the worst; only a steady position can help you sleep well and still make money.

Wow, this sleep position standard is amazing. I used to be the type to wake up scared by nighttime news, but now I've really changed.
