#机构采用 Arthur Hayes' recent moves are quite interesting. Maelstrom has been heavily deploying high-quality altcoins, and the underlying logic behind this is worth pondering. Institutional-level bottom-fishing actions often indicate they are positioning for medium-term trends rather than short-term speculation—this is completely different from retail traders' chasing highs and selling lows.

The key is to understand what "high-quality" means. The dimensions institutions consider when selecting coins are usually: fundamentals + liquidity + risk exposure management. Their willingness to buy in large quantities suggests they have a relatively confident long-term view of these assets, while also diversifying risk.

For me, the value of this kind of information isn't in blindly copying the same coins, but in observing the institutional allocation strategies. Large capital inflows often boost sector sentiment, providing opportunities for medium-term follow-up—especially for traders tracking institutional movements, whose positions tend to react in advance.

If your risk appetite is conservative, you can observe some traders following big funds, using smaller positions to feel the rhythm; if you're more daring, you can directly follow active high-level traders. The key is to set proper stop-losses and not let the "institutions are buying" reason become an excuse for gut-based bets.

Practice makes perfect; data will speak.
