Bitcoin's integration into the global onchain economy is about to accelerate. Once that happens, we're looking at genuine DeFi opportunities, smoother asset movement, and fresh possibilities for what Bitcoin can do.
Cross-chain accessibility is the key unlock here. Instead of being confined to isolated networks, Bitcoin liquidity and applications can flow freely across different systems. That's the real shift.
The infrastructure is nearly ready. Mainnet deployment is on the horizon, marking a pivotal moment for Bitcoin's role in decentralized finance. From better capital efficiency to new use cases beyond simple storage—the pieces are falling into place.

Cross-chain liquidity sounds good, but the real bottleneck is the efficiency of node validation—before the mainnet goes live, be sure to have the consensus mechanism stability data ready; otherwise, everything is just talk.

Is cross-chain liquidity really the key? How long would it take for Bitcoin to get running properly?

Cross-chain liquidity is really coming, but the question is, whose technical solution is the most reliable right now?

Cross-chain is really the key. Otherwise, BTC would be stuck in its own little circle, and liquidity would be wasted for nothing.
