ngl the fear & greed index is basically just a lagging sentiment oscillator... statistically significant? maybe like 40% of the time if you're being generous. actually contrary to popular belief, most retail traders just inverse whatever this thing says and somehow still lose money lmao. correlation with actual price action is way messier than people think

The Fear & Greed Index is essentially an emotional mirror. Truly effective decisions still depend on on-chain data and node validation status. Just looking at index fluctuations isn't enough.
