I've seen too many of these lately—things like properly putting down your phone, engaging more with real life, having a life outside of work, and so on. It sounds quite motivational, no doubt. But I just want to ask: how the hell do you expect to make money in the crypto market without monitoring the charts? The reality is, as soon as the market moves slightly, before you even react, the opportunity is gone. Do you really think you can get rich this way? You have to be on standby at all times, watching the K-line 24/7, grabbing every trading opportunity. Those who tell you that success comes from staying away from screens probably haven't truly traded. This is no joke; this is the reality of the crypto market.

Honestly, watching the market all the time is really exhausting, but if you don't watch, you'll get cut. That's the curse. Your hands tremble when you trade, missing one wave could mean losing everything. Not everyone can handle this pace, wake up, everyone. Who can really do 24-hour monitoring? As for me, sleep deprivation has become the norm. Just listen to the advice to stay away from screens; no one in the crypto world truly believes that. This is the life we've chosen—awake yet hopeless.
