U.S. BTC and ETH Spot ETFs Experience Over $4.2 Billion Net Outflow Yesterday
As of January 1, 2026, according to SoSovalue data, the U.S. BTC spot ETF recorded a total net outflow of $348 million yesterday, marking the second consecutive day of net outflows this week. No BTC ETF experienced net capital inflow yesterday;
Among them, BlackRock's IBIT led with a net outflow of $99.05 million (approximately 1,130 BTC), with a total net inflow of $62.09 billion to date;
Following are Ark&21Shares ARKB, Grayscale GBTC, and Fidelity FBTC, which recorded net outflows of $76.53 million (876.52 BTC), $69.09 million (791.31 BTC), and $66.58 million (762.56 BTC) respectively yesterday;
Meanwhile, Bitwise BITB, Grayscale BTC, VanEck HODL, and Franklin EZBC experienced single-day net outflows of $13.76 million (157.58 BTC), $11.24 million (128.68 BTC), $6.79 million (77.77 BTC), and $5.05 million (57.85 BTC);
As of now, the total net asset value of Bitcoin spot ETFs is $113.29 billion, accounting for 6.47% of Bitcoin's total market cap, with a cumulative net inflow of $56.61 billion.
On the same day, the U.S. Ethereum spot ETF recorded a net outflow of $72.06 million, also marking the second consecutive day of net outflows this week. No ETH ETF experienced net capital inflow yesterday;
Among them, Grayscale ETH led with a net outflow of $31.98 million (10,790 ETH), with a total net outflow of $1.49 billion to date;
Following are BlackRock ETHA and VanEck ETHV, which recorded net outflows of $21.51 million (7,250 ETH) and $14.10 million (4,760 ETH) respectively yesterday;
Meanwhile, Franklin EZET and Fidelity FETH experienced single-day net outflows of $2.25 million (758.62 ETH) and $2.22 million (747.90 ETH);
As of now, the total net asset value of Ethereum spot ETFs is $17.95 billion, accounting for 5.00% of Ethereum's total market cap, with a cumulative net inflow of $12.33 billion.
