ChainCatcher reports that, according to on-chain detective ZachXBT (@zachxbt) monitoring, hundreds of users on the Trust Wallet platform have experienced fund thefts, with losses totaling at least $6 million. ZachXBT stated that if the incident is confirmed to be the responsibility of Trust Wallet, the platform may need to compensate the affected users. Previously, ChainCatcher reported that the Trust Wallet official issued a security alert, warning that version 2.68 of the Trust Wallet browser extension has a security vulnerability, and users are advised to upgrade as soon as possible.
