Dogecoin's performance over the past year has been quite disheartening—price has dropped by more than 60%, and it has been nearly 10 months since it last broke above $0.20. Even though the Federal Reserve recently adjusted interest rate policies, macroeconomic uncertainties are still dampening the cryptocurrency market.

Many analysts point out a common pattern: Dogecoin's movements generally follow Bitcoin's rhythm, with a high correlation between the two. In theory, if Bitcoin experiences a rebound, Dogecoin might also trend upward, but don't expect too much in the short term. According to CoinCodex's forecast data, Dogecoin is likely to fluctuate around $0.12 before the end of 2025, and by mid-January 2026, it might reach about $0.16. However, frankly speaking, breaking back above the $0.20 threshold will still be challenging in the near future.
