You might just press and hold the screen in other communities; but here, it's different.

We're not looking for "traders," but for people who are genuinely willing to participate. Every member has a voice — participating in governance decisions, supervising project progress, sharing ecological benefits — these are not empty words.

But rights and obligations always come together. Whatever you can do, commit to it; even the smallest contribution is a force driving the community forward. Some write analyses, some spread information, some review security — every role is important.

This kind of transformation may seem simple, but in reality, it turns a group of individuals acting independently into a true community. That sense of belonging? It doesn't come from how many coins you've bought, but from truly doing something for this place.

It sounds good, but how many people can really stick with it? I think most people are still thinking about easy money; once they have to work hard, they start slacking off.

nah this is just governance theater if the incentive design doesn't align actual contributors with token holders... seen this play out a thousand times before

Really? That sounds quite tempting, but the key still depends on actual implementation. Can engagement truly support governance? Or will it just be dominated by big influencers? Every small contribution counts, I agree, but how to ensure you won't be exploited?

Alright, this is what a true DAO should look like. Otherwise, it's just centralized money-grading under the guise of decentralization.

The words sound nice, but I'm afraid it's just a slogan. Are there really that many people willing to contribute proactively rather than just waiting for dividends?

This community model sounds good, but how many people are truly willing to contribute? --- Basically, it's about wanting volunteers, but don't make me feel like I'm getting something for nothing. --- I agree with the logic of rights and obligations being equal, but the key is how to prevent the balance of power from collapsing in the later stages. --- Another big talker, let's see how long they can stick to it. --- I like this approach, but a sense of belonging needs to be built gradually; it can't be rushed. --- People who actually do things are really fewer than those who just hold coins, even if the words sound nice. --- Finally, someone has spoken the truth, but execution is the real challenge.

That's right, I'm really exhausted from the community getting cut off. Finally, I see someone trying to do something real.
