Mining giant asset restructuring: The ecological changes behind the transfer of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Abstract generation in progress

[Coin World] There is another significant move in the encryption ecosystem. Northern Data, controlled by Tether, recently sold its subsidiary Peak Mining to a company closely related to Tether executives Giancarlo Devasini and Paolo Ardoino, with a transaction price of up to $200 million. In fact, there was an attempt to sell it for a higher price of $235 million to another entity under Devasini's name, but the negotiations fell through. Interestingly, this transaction does not need to be disclosed as a related party transaction.

What is the background? Rumble has agreed to acquire Northern Data for $767 million, a deal that involves a $610 million loan from Tether to Northern Data, along with a new service agreement. Therefore, the sale of Peak Mining is taking place against such a significant backdrop.

Timing is also crucial—Northern Data is facing tax-related accusations, with regulatory authorities conducting a review, while Tether is actively expanding its global mining business. Two parallel stories, one under scrutiny and the other in expansion, both heavily flavored with capital operations and business layouts. These large transactions reflect a deep capital restructuring occurring throughout the encryption mining ecosystem.

It's the same old trap again, related party transactions are being played smoothly, and the money is just circulating among these few people.

Once Peak Mining changes hands, the profit chain becomes visible, and Tether's trap operation can indeed be played.

Hmm, this operation is indeed impressive. The assets were shuffled around by our own people and then just went out like this. Tether's trap combo is quite something.

Huh? This operation is really slick, selling to your own people and avoiding related party transaction disclosure... Is this what we call "creative finance"? Haha
