Don't let those macro news get you all upset.

A couple of days ago, the Bank of Japan announced an interest rate hike, reaching a 30-year high. According to the usual pattern, the cheap yen should be pulled back from risk assets, and the crypto market should follow suit and drop. So what happened? The market remained surprisingly stable, and Bitcoin even continued to rise.

There is a logic behind this: what the market truly fears is not the event itself, but that kind of vague "uncertainty." This interest rate hike had already been priced in by the market — with an expected probability of over 97%. When the shoe finally dropped, there was no bad news. Looking at the central bank's statement, the wording was quite mild, emphasizing that real interest rates remain negative, and the accommodative tone hasn't changed. Global liquidity has not been suddenly tightened.

Once you understand this, stop focusing on news headlines to make trades. That way, your emotions are bound to be manipulated. The truly skilled approach is to see how solid the assets themselves really are. Gold, Bitcoin, these things have gone through many rounds of interest rate hikes and cuts, and they still rise when it's time to rise. The underlying consensus and demand will not be blown away by a single policy adjustment.

So back to the crypto world, what is the true "hard value"?

My view is that it must be those things that are not bound by macro tides, rooted in real needs, and can create actual impact. Needs like educational equity will always be there, regardless of how interest rates change. Some truly innovative communities are gradually bringing these value propositions to fruition, turning them into tangible realities.

Once you understand this layer of logic, you will know: short-term liquidity determines the rhythm, but cannot rewrite the long-term direction. As long as you focus on the value story of the asset itself, you can hold on during fluctuations, and in the end, you will be the winner.
