Many people think that those who choose to trade are thrill-seekers, risk-takers, and looking for shortcuts.

But the true grassroots understand better: we are not here to "play"; we are here to change the way we live.

Because in real life, what grassroots individuals are most easily stuck by is not their ability, but rather "things outside the rules"—human feelings, relationships, backgrounds, social circles, thresholds, and facial expressions. No matter how hard you work, sometimes you still have to rely on someone else's words; no matter how desperately you try, you might still lose to a dinner party.

That is why we are attracted to trading such things.

It's not because it's easier, but because it's cleaner.

1) We want a path that can be traversed without relying on others.

In reality, many opportunities are "allocated": who knows whom, who is familiar with whom, and who can have a conversation.
But on the trading path, you don't need to explain who you are, nor do you need to prove your relationships with others.
You only need to be responsible for one thing: your choices and your discipline.

You won't miss the opportunity just because you don't know how to toast.
Nor will they be marginalized for being poor at socializing.
You did well, and the results will speak for themselves; if you do poorly, the market won't be merciful to you.
Cruel, but fair.

2) We want the freedom of time and space.

What are the grassroots most afraid of?
It's not exhaustion, it's "being trapped".

Stuck in a fixed location, fixed commute, and fixed schedule;
Trapped in the rhythm of "must clock in, must report, must read people's faces."
The appealing part of trading is this: it doesn't ask where you are or what time you start working.
It only asks you one question: Do you have rules? Can you execute?

You can rebuild yourself in any city, in any corner, even in the low points of life.
For many grassroots individuals, this is not romance; it is a way of survival.

3) We want a global stage, not internal strife within a small circle.

A lot of competition in the real world is "circle competition":
Limited resources, limited connections, limited locations, everyone is squeezing and consuming each other.

The difference in trading is: it faces a larger world.
It's not about who can speak better, but who can control themselves better.
It's not about who has a stronger backing, but rather who can refine their fundamental skills to the utmost.

Here, there is no "caring for your emotions", only "respecting your abilities".

4) We want to take the steering wheel of fate back into our own hands.

The deepest fear of grassroots people is not poverty, but the feeling of seeing an end in sight.
Today like this, next year like this, ten years later still like this.

And this path of trading will force you to grow something:
The ability to take responsibility for oneself.

You can't shift the blame to your leaders, colleagues, environment, or family.
You can only face yourself: whether you are greedy, whether you are anxious, whether you are chaotic, whether you can bear it.
Once this training takes shape, you will find that you have changed completely -
Calmer, more focused, more self-controlled, and more like a "person who can carry the family."

5) Grassroots traders often engage in "Generation One".

The so-called first generation of entrepreneurs does not necessarily mean starting a company.
It could also be: for the first time in the family, using discipline and ability to gain real choices.

You are not doing it to show off, nor to prove how amazing you are.
You just want to have a little less difficulty, a little less grievance, and a little less "helplessness" at home in the future.
I want the next generation to not have to learn to lower their heads so early, to not have to learn to accept their fate so early.

The core of a pioneer generation has never been "talent", but rather the capacity to bear.
Able to endure loneliness, withstand denial, and bear repeated polishing.
While others get frustrated in three months, you can persist for three years.
Others rely on emotions, you rely on processes;
Others rely on luck, you rely on review.

Such people are truly rare.

I have always felt that:
Trading is not for everyone, but it is particularly suited for a certain type of person —
People who do not want to be constrained by relationships, do not want to be trapped by their location, and do not want to rely on others to survive.

If you are also a grassroots person, and if you also feel that the reality of "human relationships and social norms" suffocates you,
Then when you open this text, it shows that you already have the answer in your heart:
What you want is not a shortcut; what you want is a road that you can walk through on your own.

Salute to every grassroots entrepreneur who grinds hard in the market.
You are not walking a story of wealth; you are walking a training camp of "changing your destiny."
Don't rush to win, first learn to be steady; don't rush to be fast, first learn to live long.
The ones who can make it to the end are not those who can predict the best, but those who can manage themselves the best.
