I think instead of getting caught up in brotherhood, we should look at the real scenarios—how many people actually using crypto are doing it for ideals? Aren't they all just trying to pay less tax and avoid being monitored?

Avoiding taxes is too naked, isn’t it... It's really the eternal contradiction of freedom vs control.
---
Don't spout philosophical nonsense, Bitcoin has always been a product that opposes authority, no need to discuss this.
---
Wait, what is this new term agorista? Can you explain it in plain language?
---
I’ll say it, crypto assets are the last escape route for the poor, don’t sanctify it.
---
Good question, but you asked it the wrong way—true freedom isn’t about evasion, it’s about the choice itself.
---
Haha, the title makes it clear, it’s obviously guiding people to take sides.
---
To put it bluntly, money goes wherever it wants, without going through the old men’s checkpoints.
---
Inflation is actually the core issue, tax and such are just superficial matters.

This question asked by my bro is absolutely brilliant. Is Bitcoin really just a tax evasion tool? I think it's more than that.
Bitcoin is originally an outsider in the system, freedom and evasion are inherently two sides of the same coin.
Pure freedom? Come on, in the end, it's still manipulated by Large Investors.
It's just a tool for evading the system, don't blow it up into some alternative freedom.
It depends on how it's used... some people are indeed evading taxes, but others just want real autonomy.
I'm a bit curious about how philosophers view this matter.
At its core, it's still a money issue; freedom is just a guise.
I just want to know how Sebastián explains this contradiction.

In my analysis, this is a good question, but in reality, most people use crypto for much less noble purposes—just to run away and avoid taxes, haha.

To be honest, this question is a bit naive... Bitcoin has never been about "avoiding" anything; that's just a side effect. Essentially, it's about resisting monopolistic power.

Hey, the question is asked backwards. Avoidance of the system is just a surface-level phenomenon; the core is the reconstruction of the incentive mechanism in token economics.

The crypto world is just so good, no one cares how you mess around.

To be honest, Bitcoin is no longer a tool for avoiding regulations; it has become a machine for the manipulators to harvest retail investors.

I believe Bitcoin is not fundamentally for tax evasion, but rather it gives those who want to evade taxes an opportunity. Essentially, it remains a free choice.
The essence of cryptocurrency: avoiding regulations or alternative freedom?
