The past couple weeks have been pretty solid on the trading front, but these last two days caught me off guard with some seriously weird price action.

Holiday season hits different for markets. Thinner order books mean every move gets exaggerated, making things way less predictable than usual. We're basically getting whipsaw moves that feel out of sync with normal trading dynamics.

Once the holidays wrap up though, liquidity should bounce back and things ought to normalize. Should see cleaner market structure and more rational price movements again.

The holiday market can't really hold up this wave, the order book is so thin it's ridiculous, even a slight breeze can trigger a wave.

The market during the holiday is really unsustainable, small orders explode as soon as they hit.

Holiday liquidity is really amazing. The price has been jumping around wildly these past two days, I almost got caught in a trap.
