A social platform should ultimately be about one thing: giving people the freedom to express themselves freely and access the most authentic information across all topics. That's what makes a truly open network valuable in the Web3 era.

Freedom of expression? Can Web3 really guarantee it? For now, it still seems like a bunch of empty talk.

It sounds wonderful, but where is true free expression now? Still being moderated and shadowbanned as usual.

ngl this "freedom to express" rhetoric gets trotted out way too often without anyone actually defining what that means operationally... like, decentralization without robust cultural incentive structures just breeds noise, not authenticity. been saying this since the early metaverse discourse

Free expression and genuine information sound great... but in reality, it's still a bunch of noise and false information.

It sounds ideal, but the truth is that now all major platforms have long been controlled by whales and influencers to manipulate public opinion. On-chain data is the most authentic, that's what I mean.

Free expression? Sounds good, but I'm afraid it's just the same old clichés again.
