When it comes to ZEC, everyone knows it focuses on privacy features, but what is the reality?

Recently, I saw a topic—since ZEC can hide transaction information, why is it still monitored and tracked? This is indeed worth pondering. Hackers holding this huge amount of money should be able to "clean" it using privacy coins, right? But the issue isn't that simple.

What's even more heartbreaking is that once the funds enter exchanges or other regulated platforms, the privacy features become essentially useless. 50 million USD—this is a number that many dream of. If it were easy to get away with, they would have transferred it out long ago. Why haven't hackers dared to move it? It shows that on-chain tracking and compliance pressure are no joke.

Now, how are the market conditions for coins like SOL and ZEC? We might also need to consider the regulatory risks associated with privacy coins. The gap between what technology can do and what is practically achievable is quite significant.

Privacy coins sound awesome, but once they are transferred to exchanges, they become transparent... The gap is really huge. No matter how much the technology is hyped up, it can't block the compliance hurdle.

Privacy coins are like this—technologically impressive but practically useless. Exchanges can cut off access with a single move, and it's all over.
