#大户持仓动态 12.20 Market Recap: Bulls Fade Quickly, Short-term Bearish Signals Emerge

Just by looking at $BTC's performance — yesterday's surge was indeed fierce, jumping from 85,500 straight up to 88,100, breaking the previous high, and boosting bullish sentiment temporarily. But today the tone changed; the price has been oscillating within a narrow range all day, repeatedly testing support and resistance, and finally closing with a doji candlestick. What does this pattern indicate? It suggests that both bulls and bears are in a brief stalemate, neither side able to overpower the other. The future trend requires more data to confirm.

Looking at the 4-hour chart makes the technical picture clearer. The MACD histogram is gradually converging, and although the DIF and DEA lines are still oscillating below the zero line, an obvious upward trend is emerging. What does this mean? The momentum for a rebound is weakening, and the likelihood of replicating yesterday’s strong rally is decreasing.

From this perspective, the short-term shorting strategy becomes quite clear:

**$BTC Strategy**: Confidently short within the 88500-88700 range, with the first target around 87000-86000, offering a solid profit margin for this wave.

**$ETH Follow-up**: Look for opportunities to short around 2980-3000, with support levels at 2900-2800. Follow the mainstream coins’ rhythm to reduce risk.

The hardest part of this market has never been judging the direction but rather finding the true trend amid oscillations and steadily profiting from it. Currently, bulls and bears are indeed in a tug-of-war. When trading, be sure to manage risk — don’t chase to fully maximize profits in one go, and cut losses when necessary. Don’t wait for sudden volatility to wipe you out. If you have different point levels, feel free to discuss. What are your thoughts?

The doji star is indeed a bit heartbreaking. It was still bragging yesterday, and today it's starting to hesitate. It's the old MACD convergence routine again. This rebound momentum is indeed a bit weak. I'm also watching the 88700 level, but I'm a bit hesitant to short, worried about another unexpected surge.

Hmm... That 88,500 level feels a bit suspicious. It seems like it's deliberately stacked there. I need to check the on-chain large transfer records to be sure.

The appearance of the doji star really feels like a gamble. The bulls were quite aggressive yesterday, but now they seem to have lost momentum. There is indeed a chance for the bears, but I still want to see if 88000 can hold. ETH following BTC's rhythm is correct, and the risk is indeed a bit lower. But to be honest, making money in volatility is much harder than judging the direction. I often get caught in the middle and get swept out. If this wave breaks 86000, will it continue downward? I'd like to hear your opinion.

The doji star is back. This bearish signal feels a bit fake this time. Wait, can 88500 really be broken? It seems like yesterday's move was just a trap. It's good if ETH follows through, but I'm worried it might be another false signal that gets swept away. Have you all set your stop-losses? I really don't dare to be greedy in this market.

The doji star always has the same tone, and today I got fooled again. The bearish signal is obvious; if the resistance level at 88,700 can't be broken, a pullback is inevitable. ETH seems unstable following the trend; better to wait and see. Don't blame me if it breaks below support later—consider yourself warned. Have you set your stop-losses, everyone? I think this volatility is uncertain.
