#加密货币监管框架 I just saw a news report that in 2024, 3,032 people were prosecuted for virtual currency money laundering crimes... Honestly, I was a bit shocked 😅
Since entering the industry, I’ve been learning the basics. Suddenly seeing so many crime case data made me realize that the virtual currency world is deeper than I thought. What surprised me even more is that criminal groups are actually recruiting many young people with only high school or middle school education. Many of these people are "dragged into it" due to lack of legal awareness...
This makes me especially want to ask a question: As a complete beginner, how can I protect myself in this ecosystem? Besides the basic knowledge of avoiding illegal channels and trading on legitimate exchanges, is there anything else I should be particularly cautious about? For example, is it possible to accidentally break the law through careless operations?
It seems that the government is also strengthening the regulatory framework for virtual currencies, which is actually good for us regular users. At least it helps us distinguish between legitimate entities and black-market operations. Instead of worrying, it’s better to learn more and raise our legal awareness, so we can explore this new world with peace of mind 💪
Can someone knowledgeable give some guidance? I especially want to understand more about the regulatory framework.
