Ichimoku looks deceptively straightforward, but there's a lot more going on beneath the surface.
It's kinda like my trading rulebook—seemingly clean at first glance, but packed with nuances. Change one parameter? Everything shifts. A variable only matters because of another variable, yet that second one doesn't always carry weight.
The real thing is: you can't just plug in the numbers and expect results. You actually need to get under the hood, understand how each component talks to the others, and know when to apply what. Surface-level familiarity won't cut it. Deep comprehension is the difference between using Ichimoku and actually *getting* Ichimoku.

Too realistic, it's just a bunch of parameter-based strategies. Changing a single number can cause the entire strategy to collapse.

That's why most people look at the Ichimoku Cloud and think it's a waste, believing that memorizing a few lines can lead to profit.
Adjusting parameters really messes everything up; I have a deep understanding of this.
People who truly make money are not just looking at the surface, but understanding the underlying logic is the key difference.
There's a huge gap between theoretical discussion and practical application.
Just knowing how to read indicators isn't enough; you need to understand how each part interacts with one another.

Wow, so that's why I always get wrecked before going all-in. Just looking at the candlestick chart makes me feel invincible.

That's why 99% of people who trade the Ichimoku Cloud end up losing money... They think understanding candlesticks is enough, but little do they know, the real game is the battle between parameters that determines the rise and fall of the market.
A small change in parameters can cause the entire strategy to collapse, just like my NFT bottom-fishing last year... The seemingly perfect logic was met with a sudden market reversal that hit me hard.
Deep understanding versus superficial application—there's more than just one level of difference.
