Citi: Bitcoin Could Reach $143,000 in the Next Year
Amid recent declines in Bitcoin prices, Citigroup's forecast for Bitcoin's price over the next 12 months is $143,000, representing an increase of approximately 62% from the current price of $88,000. Citigroup analysts Alex Saunders, Dirk Willer, and Vinh Vo stated in a joint report: "We predict that, driven by potential digital asset legislation in the United States in Q2, the adoption rate of digital assets will increase, and Bitcoin's active user value could be around $80,000 to $90,000 in the new year."
Analysts pointed out that $70,000 is a key support level. Due to rising ETF demand and optimistic market expectations, prices could surge significantly. However, there is a pessimistic scenario: in the context of a global economic recession, Bitcoin's price could fall to $78,500; on the optimistic side, increased investor demand could push Bitcoin's price up to $189,000.
Good morning, everyone! Market analysis! Thank you all for your support!
