Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) revealed over the weekend that Lugano Holding, Inc.—one of its portfolio companies—has formally submitted for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection under federal law. According to CODI’s leadership, including CEO Elias Sabo, initiating this reorganization represents the optimal path for realizing the full potential of Lugano’s operational assets.
