This junk coin is usually used with low leverage or by few people. Now, if it falls by 30% or 50%, very few long orders are liquidated. Pumping up by 30% or 50% also results in few short orders being liquidated. However, pumping up by 100% or 200% is different. There is no percentage limit when pumping up, but there is a percentage limit when it falls.
