The 21st China International Finance Forum will be held in Shanghai on December 19-20, 2024. Leo Chen, Partner of Geometric Capital (Hong Kong), attended and delivered a speech.

Chen Liaoyi said that Hong Kong has taken the lead in forming a closed-loop regulatory system for web3.0 finance, and has completed all legal regulatory implementation, which is ahead of Singapore.

He also pointed out that in the future digital era, AI represents more advanced productivity, while blockchain represents more advanced production relations.
